How do I connect my WhatsApp?
After onboarding, your WhatsApp Business number is automatically linked to Abena. If you see "Pending" in Settings, contact OrderMate admin on 0593068102.
How do customers pay?
Customers pay via Mobile Money. Enter your number in Settings > Payment Settings. Payments are confirmed automatically through Paystack.
How do I change my mobile money number?
Go to Settings > Payment Settings > Mobile Money Number. Enter your new number and click Save. Takes effect immediately.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your trial includes full access for 14 days. Subscribe to continue. Contact admin for pricing.
Can I add more products later?
Yes! Go to Products tab, click "+ Add Product". Changes reflect immediately to customers on WhatsApp.
What is a handoff request?
When a customer asks to speak to a real person, it creates a handoff. You can reply via WhatsApp from the Handoff Queue.
